Training Philosophy
Blindfold chess is not a single skill. It is the result of multiple mental abilities working together.
Chess Mask starts with square color recognition to anchor board orientation. Knowing instinctively whether a square is light or dark removes hesitation and prevents spatial confusion.
Once the board is stable in your mind, piece movement drills train how pieces interact with that mental board. This develops spatial awareness, pattern recognition, and controlled calculation.
Together, these drills build the foundation required for blindfold play, deeper calculation, and clearer visualization during analysis and commentary.
